Method
- Take bowl and add Rohu fish streaks
- Make thick paste mixing oil, chili/turmeric powder, lemon juice, ginger-garlic past and salt
- Coat the fish slices evenly from all the side
- Add pinch of chili powder and salt to semolina (Rava)
- Dip the paste-coated fish in spice mixed semolina and cover evenly
- Shallow fry both sides of fish in a pre-heated seasoned pan
- Serve with hot dal-rice

Notes
The given instructions is for around 400 gram fish, you can adjust the ingredients as per your taste requirement or as per serving size. This fish can also be serve as starter dish along with pudina-coriander chutney.
